PAS NW Ltd is proud to kick off 2025 by announcing its appointment as the civil engineering partner for the highly anticipated Moss Nook development in St Helens, working alongside developer Watkin Jones.



Building on the success of 2024, which saw PAS break ground on four major projects before Christmas in Coppull, Wrexham, Thornton, and Barton, the Moss Nook development reflects the trust and confidence that leading house builders place in the Warrington based business.

The new site, which opens its gates this month, comprises of 295 units and our works includes a full package of roads, sewers, and groundworks.

Speaking on the project, Fraser Linaker, Managing Director of PAS NW Ltd, said: "We are thrilled to begin 2025 with such a significant project as Moss Nook. This development represents our strategic move towards more contracting work and is a direct result of performance in delivery on existing contracting sites.

The news comes as PAS prepares to continue its upward trajectory as it heads for a milestone first quarter of 2025, with five existing sites scheduled for completion.

These projects, which span various locations across the North West, highlight the company’s commitment to finishing on time, maintaining the highest standards, and ensuring seamless handovers for clients.
