PAS NW Ltd is proud to be delivering all 4 phases (having already delivered 1 and 2)of civil engineering work at Heath Farm, a large-scale residential development by Vistry Group in Partington, Manchester.
Our groundwork’s business is playing a central role in transforming 29 hectares of brownfield land into a vibrant new community, which includes a significant number of affordable homes.
Our partnership with Vistry spans several years, and this project highlights the ongoing trust they place in us to deliver on complex, multi-phase schemes. With 600 homes planned, this development is set to revitalise the area and offer modern housing for a wide range of buyers.
It’s a typical regeneration scheme that has already hit a note with local people who now live on the site.

Scope of Work
At Heath Farm, PAS is responsible for providing a full civil engineering package. This includes:
GROUNDWORKS:
Comprehensive site preparation, including earthmoving, excavation, and laying the foundations for the residential properties.
DRAINAGE SYSTEMS:
Installation of surface water and foul drainage systems to manage water flow effectively and prevent flooding on the site.
ROAD CONSTRUCTION:
Building internal roads and footpaths that ensure seamless connectivity throughout the development.
ENABLING UTILITY WORKS:
Preparing the site for essential utility connections such as water, gas, and electricity, ensuring smooth and timely service hook-ups for each plot.
LANDSCAPING AND EXTERNAL WORKS:
Creating visually appealing green spaces that enhance the overall living experience within the development. Delivering top notch external works in driveways, paths, and back gardens.
FOUNDATIONS:
Preparing individual plots to ensure homes can be constructed without delay, meeting the high standards set by Vistry.
