We introduce a new addition to the fleet.


PAS NW LTD continues to invest in its operations, this time unveiling a brand-new customer care vehicle, reinforcing its commitment to aftercare services for clients.


Following a series of new machine additions for its latest projects, Managing Director Fraser Linaker made it clear that this latest addition is an important step forward.


He said: “We’ve always had customer vehicles in our fleet, but this new branded #PAS247 customer care vehicle underlines our dedication to aftercare as a core part of our civil engineering business.


“Being responsive and customer focused is key to our values. It’s essential that every aftercare task is handled professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.”


In addition to expanding its fleet, PAS also brings its knowledge of the New Homes Ombudsman Service (NHOS), which was established in 2022 to assist homeowners with post-purchase issues such as snagging or defects.


The NHOS provides a free and independent service to resolve disputes for the first two years after a home is purchased.


Linaker added: “We are acutely aware of the standards set by the New Homes Quality Code, which mandates transparency throughout the sales process, strong customer protections, and a robust aftercare and complaints resolution process.


“Adhering to these standards is not just a requirement—it’s part of our commitment to delivering top-quality civil engineering service.”


He added: “Therefore, the new customer care vehicle is not merely an expansion of the fleet but a vital component of the company’s commitment to high-quality customer service.


“As a civil engineering company, we underline transparency, care, and trust. This new vehicle will help us continue to deliver on those values, ensuring swift and effective resolution of any customer concerns, much like the principles adopted by the NHOS.
