Civil engineering works have started on Miller Homes' Church View development in Coppull as PAS NW LTD secured another housing scheme to its portfolio.

PAS NW Ltd’s plant, machinery and staff have set up site as principal contractor on the 67 home project situated on a seven-acre site off Darlington Street.

The project, valued at over £16 million for the house builder, is set to bring much-needed new and affordable housing to the area with the first homes expected to be ready for occupancy by the opening quarter of next year.

PAS NW Ltd will be delivering a package consisting of road and sewers, Section 278 works, as well as groundsworks across the site.

The development will offer a variety of housing options, including eight one-bedroom apartments, six two-bedroom homes, 32 three-bedroom properties, and 21 four bedroom homes.

Twenty of these homes will be designated as affordable housing, addressing local demand for accessible, quality homes in the community.
