The future of our civil engineering business is in safe hands, as Jack Hayne

becomes the first site manager to complete his Level 6 studies for PAS NW LTD.

We’re proud to announce that Jack, our dedicated Site Manager at the new Coppull site in Chorley, has successfully completed his NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management and is already putting his skills to the test on one of our flagship jobs.

Jack, 27, who has been a part of the PAS NW Ltd family for the last 3 and a-half years, is leading the delivery of a significant infrastructure package at the Coppull development, which includes road and sewers, Section 278 works, and groundworks across the site.

Managing Director Fraser Linaker said, “At PAS NW Ltd, developing our people and nurturing talent is a core part of our ethos. We believe in giving our staff the leadership and ownership to run their own projects, and Jack is a prime example of this.

“Completing his NVQ Level 6 is a significant milestone, and we’re proud of the work he’s doing at Coppull - the first site he has ran from inception. He’s a dedicated professional, and his progress reflects our commitment to growing and promoting from within.”

The Coppull development will feature a variety of housing options, including eight one bedroom apartments, six two-bedroom homes, 32 three-bedroom properties, and 21 four-bedroom homes.
