PAS NW LTD has been given the green light to start works on an exciting new scheme for repeat client, Bellway Homes North West, in Wrexham.

Our business will play a central role in the delivery of the 12-acre development, which will consist of 112 one, two, three, and four-bedroom homes.

Fraser Linaker, PAS NW LTD Managing Director, said: “We’re delighted to be once again be working in partnership with Bellway Homes North West on this development.

“Currently, PAS NW Ltd is delivering ahead of schedule on another Bellway Homes project at Lydiate Gate in Liverpool and we’ll deliver the same standard on our new Wrexham site. I anticipate that works will begin in a matter of days, with the team ready to mobilise and set up operations.

”This contract represents PAS NW Ltd’s second venture into North Wales—a key milestone in the company’s strategic growth plan.

Linaker highlighted that the company aims to achieve £50 million in turnover within the next five years.
