Groundworks are officially underway at Moss Nook, marking the start of a landmark project for PAS NW Ltd. 

This major development in St Helens, in partnership with Watkin Jones, will see PAS deliver essential infrastructure, including roads, sewers, and groundworks, to pave the way for 295 new homes.
