PAS NW Ltd, the North West’s leading civil engineering contractor, has commenced work on a major housing development at Cardwell Farm, located five miles north of Preston city centre.

The Pinfold Manor project, overseen by Wain Homes, is set to transform the 23.4-acre site off Garstang Road into a thriving new community.

Our phase of the development involves the construction of 47 much-needed homes, is a cornerstone of Wain Homes’ commitment to expanding the local housing stock with a mix of quality 2,3 and 4 bedroom units.

PAS NW Ltd has been contracted to deliver the essential groundwork and infrastructure for the site, laying the foundation for the successful development of the housing scheme.
