Leading civil engineering company, PAS NW Ltd, has underlined its future ambitions with the acquisition of Fredex Ltd through a five-year share purchase deal.

North West-based PAS NW, founded and led by Paul Sumner, has taken decisive steps towards its long-term goals by acquiring Fredex Ltd.

This move comes after the recruitment of Fraser Linaker, the former Managing Director of Duchy Homes North West, who’s company services Fredex Ltd was brought on board over a year ago to drive strategic change within the company.

Following a significant period of growth and key appointments with some of the UK's largest house builders, Sumner has quickly secured Linaker on a five-year contract, solidifying his leadership role within the company.

With operations spanning over 15 sites across the North West, PAS NW has cemented its reputation as the civil engineering contractor of choice for industry leaders such as Redrow Homes, Bellway Homes and Vistry Group. Linaker has been instrumental in expanding the company’s order book and positioning the business for continued growth.

As of September 2024, Linaker has officially assumed the role of Managing Director at PAS NW Ltd, as recorded in the Companies House register.
